This is the finale to my story book listing at 3739 W. Powder Horn Rd. in Titusville, the listing that
sold in 3 weeks.  SOLD - Titusville FL Home For Sale - Veterans City $123,000 - Brevard County FL
Egret Lake Way in Viera (Melbourne area) is the new home for these ecstatic sellers/buyers.  These
young people were amazing to work with.  Jenn poured over 200 or so listings before we narrowed
down to just 5 homes the day we went out - this is true selling in the internet era.  They shopped
online, drove neighborhoods and pared down the selection.  By the time we went to physically look
at the properties we were down to 5 homes.  I asked what they would do if we found the perfect house
today?  The reply was, I guess we'll keep on looking.  I explained that it would be a very good thing
if we did find the right house on our first outing, so they wouldn't have to keep on doing what we were
about to do - which is spend the entire day looking and comparing. And we did - we found the exact
house they had imagined living in.  Both transactions were as smooth as could ever be, and several
very happy people have moved on in their lives and I feel terrific on many levels.

Powder Horn Rd. has a new owner, a first-time home-buyer who is thrilled with the purchase.  It was a story book listing, with a fantastic buyers agent.  The transaction could not have gone smoother.  The sellers have already purchased their new home and we'll be closing December 7th.  Everybody's happy :-)
